Supersport Program

Purchase Your Supersport Certificate Online Through MOSES

The Department's "Landowner Relations Program" is funded by the sale of Supersport certificates at $20.00 each. Please note that the Supersport does not allow any hunting or fishing privileges. Money generated by the sale of supersport certificates goes directly to support the Landowner Relations Program of the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The Supersport The Landowner Relations Program is working to ensure recreational access to Maine’s outdoors. Anyone may purchase a Supersport license: residents, nonresidents, hunters, anglers, trappers, and guides can all become Supersports. Even if you do not buy a license, you can still purchase a Supersport certificate wherever hunting and fishing licenses are sold.

The following businesses are offering discounts as a way of saying "thank you" for your support for improving relations with the private landowners of Maine. You may also purchase a Supersport hat embroidered with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife logo.

2009 Supersport

  1. Mac’s Trading Post, Houlton* — 10% discount on most items.
  2. Ben's Trading Post, Presque Isle * — 10% discount on selected items.
  3. Indian Hill Trading Post, Greenville* — 10% discount on selected items.
  4. Kittery Trading Post, Kittery — gift certificate $5.00 off any purchase of $25.00 or more; or $10.00 off any purchase of $100.00 or more.
  5. Northwoods Sporting Journal — 1 year subscription $13.00 half price.
  6. Maine Sportsman — 1 year subscription $12.50 half price.
  7. North Maine Woods Land Management Co., Ashland - $5.00 gift certificate to be used towards one day free passage or towards a seasons pass.
  8. Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife — 10% discount on all logo merchandise.
  9. Vessel Services Inc., Portland - 10% discount on clothing and selected sporting good items (some restrictions may apply)
  10. Fort Kent Ski Doo, Fort Kent - 10% discount on Ski Doo snowmobiles and ATV's; 10% discount on Johnson and Evinrude outboards; and 10% discount on clothing, parts and accessories.
